Responsibilities Follow the team plan Lead follow up Database mastery Sales talk mastery Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely Qualifications Commission opportunity Great communication Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car Present yourself in a professional manner Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Compensation $200,000 at plan About FAST REAL ESTATE Led by a top Director of Sales and Coach, Fast Real Estate is a top-performing real estate group focused on agent development, high production, and long-term growth.
