Clayton Services, a Houston-based 40-year-old staffing and recruiting firm, is searching for a Recruiter to join our growing team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting efforts, focused on high-volume light industrial positions. Office Location: Oak Forest/Greater Heights area

Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in light industrial positions.
• Recruit for high-volume light industrial roles.
• Utilize job boards such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn to source candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client hiring needs.
• Communicate effectively with clients and candidates, ensuring excellent service throughout the hiring process.
• Meet recruiting goals and deadlines in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to support long-term partnerships.
• Other duties as assigned.

Recruiter Education and Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 1+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume light industrial staffing is required.
• Staffing or recruiting agency experience strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Experience with ATS and CRM systems.
• Experience with AI tools.
• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards and online recruiting tools.
