Reports To: HR Manager – Direct Hire job
Position Summary
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, outstanding communication skills, and experience utilizing Paycom's recruitment platform and partner with hiring managers to ensure seamless execution of the recruitment process while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
· Effectively utilize Paycom’s recruitment tools and features to streamline applicant tracking, candidate communications, and onboarding tasks.
· Proactively source talent through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, referral programs, and other innovative sourcing strategies.
· Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings by fostering positive relationships with job seekers.
· Ensure a consistently positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, clear expectations, and feedback throughout the hiring process.
· Partner with HR and hiring managers to create and implement recruitment best practices and strategies.
· Stay up to date with industry trends, recruitment technologies, and employment laws to ensure compliance and innovation.
· Perform other tasks as needed to support HR functions.
Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field required
· 2 years of RECENT experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
· Proficiency with Paycom recruitment tools and applicant tracking system required
· Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills across various roles and levels.
· Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.
· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and independently when necessary.
· Knowledge of current employment laws and HR best practices related to recruitment.
