We’re hiring a Contract GTM Sourcer to accelerate hiring for revenue-driving roles. You’ll partner with the talent team to build and execute top-of-funnel sourcing strategies for sales, marketing, and other GTM positions.
This is an in-office role for someone who can move fast, write compelling outreach, and deliver
consistently high-quality pipelines.
What You’ll Do:
● Partner with Recruiters and Head of Talent to define sourcing strategies for sales and
marketing roles.
● Build, manage, and prioritize outbound pipelines using LinkedIn, Gem, Juicebox, and other sourcing platforms.
● Own outbound messaging—writing personalized outreach that reflects our brand and converts.
● Qualify and summarize top candidates for review and next steps.
● Track market trends and competitor orgs to inform sourcing and targeting.
● Maintain weekly sourcing KPIs (12-15 screens, 50+ outreach) and meet an offer goal minimum of 4-6 per month depending on role seniority.
Required Skills & Experience
● 2+ years of experience sourcing GTM talent (SDRs, AEs, Partnerships, Growth, etc.) in fast-paced environments.
● Fluency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Juicebox, or comparable sourcing tools.
● Strong written communication and proven outbound conversion.
● Ability to manage multiple roles at once while maintaining precision and urgency.
● Data-informed approach to sourcing strategy and optimization.
