We are looking for a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Maple Grove, MN. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring that we attract, source, and secure exceptional talent to meet organizational needs. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with management and make a meaningful impact on our talent acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans to identify and attract top talent for current and future hiring needs.

• Source candidates using a variety of methods, including traditional and innovative approaches, to maintain a robust talent pipeline.

• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and uphold fair hiring practices throughout the recruitment process.

• Serve as a consultant to employees, providing guidance on career development, company policies, and performance expectations.

• Partner with management to evaluate and improve strategies related to employee engagement, retention, and talent acquisition.

• Continuously research and implement improvements to recruitment processes to enhance organizational performance.

• Manage applicant tracking systems, ensuring accurate and timely updates throughout the hiring process.

• Conduct high-volume recruiting efforts while maintaining quality and efficiency.

• Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to address human capital challenges and align hiring strategies with organizational goals.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven ability to recruit candidates at all levels using both traditional and modern sourcing techniques.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, applicant tracking systems (such as ClearCo), and social media platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to strategically plan for future organizational needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
• Exceptional project management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
