Oakbrook Corporation is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties, including both market-rate and affordable housing communities. This leadership role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and compliance across all assigned properties through the cultivation of highly effective teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, lead, and evaluate on-site property staff

• Foster strong relationships with staff, owners, residents, and vendors

• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets
• Monitor monthly financial performance and address variances
• Oversee marketing strategies and conduct quarterly market analyses
• Ensure timely resolution of resident maintenance requests and implementation of preventive maintenance programs aimed to protect and preserve each physical asset
• Supervise leasing activities in accordance with Fair Housing regulations
• Conduct regular property visits and ensure physical and operational standards are met
• Ensure compliance with Affordable Housing Program requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven supervisory experience in residential property management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing regulations
• Proficiency in property management software (e.g. MRI, Yardi, OneSite) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties

• Ability to perform physical property inspections
