What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Drive pipeline growth through strategic, multi-channel outbound prospecting, including phone calls, targeted emails, and social media engagement
• Expertly articulate the employer's value proposition to engage potential clients and qualify their needs
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly goals for qualified meetings set for Account Executives
• Analyze the performance of lead generation channels and implement improvements
• Provide strategic insights on lead quality and market trends to enhance marketing strategies

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 2?5+ years of experience in a Business Development (BDR), Sales Development (SDR), or similar role with a record of high performance
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and professional demeanor
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed
• An analytical curiosity and interest in understanding marketing and sales performance
• Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic work environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Account-Based Marketing/Experience (ABM/ABX) concepts and platforms like 6sense
• Hands-on experience with CRMs (like Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (like Outreach or SalesLoft)
