Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for full-time school psychologists at a K-12 school serving a diverse student population across multiple locations in Connecticut. The contract runs from ASAP through June 16, 2026, with a strong possibility of renewal due to recent staff resignations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students across various grade levels (K-12).
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student learning and well-being.
• Participate in developing individualized educational programs (IEPs) and interventions.
• Manage caseloads effectively across designated schools, with placement determined by the director based on district needs.
• Provide direct counseling and therapeutic support within assigned programs.

Potential placement options include:

• West Bristol School serving K-4 students, hours 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Bristol Eastern High School as one of two psychologists, hours 7:15 AM to 2:25 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Destinations Therapeutic Program, hours 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications:

• Active and valid Connecticut school psychologist license.
• Experience working onsite in K-12 school settings.
• Proven expertise in conducting psychological evaluations and assessments.
• Strong ability to address diverse student needs across multiple age groups.
• Commitment to maintaining a professional and collaborative approach within a multidisciplinary team.

Location: Various schools within Bristol, Connecticut.
