Job Description
Chesapeake Fine Food Group is seeking Seasonal Customer Service Reps to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting customers in placing orders, providing product and service information and resolving issues.
Responsibilities:· Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or online chat to provide support and information on products and services
· Collects and enters orders for new or additional products
· Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff
· Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ issues and concerns
· Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments in an order management system
· Assist and support other employees as needed
