The Seasonal Janitor is responsible for ensuring a clean and safe working environment for all Duluth Trading employees at our Belleville, WI Fulfillment Center. Position Details: This Seasonal Flex Part-Time position requires hours during the Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday 6:00AM - 6:30PM What You’ll Do:Maintain cleanliness in the office areas, and main lobby.Trash and recycle paper removal -nightlyVacuum as needed. Weekly minimumDust all work surfaces weeklyMaintain cleanliness of all restrooms and showers in the facilityMaintain cleanliness of all lunchroom and upper-level break rooms.Recommend purchases of cleaning supplies. Maintain inventory and communicate to warehouse supervisor when replenishment of supplies is needed. Removal of snow from sidewalks as needed.Other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For:High school diplomaEquivalent work experience would be consideredFloor stripping and waxing experience preferredAbility to adjust daily task schedule as needed to support the operationsEnvironmental Factors:Standing or walking for up to eight hours a day.Frequently lifting up to thirty pounds, occasionally lifting up to seventy pounds.Frequently reaching, twisting, and bending in multiple directions.Ability to perform work in tight quarter workstations.Moderate warehouse noise level.Push/pull a picking cart and/or pallet of up to five hundred pounds.Continuous arm, hand, and wrist movement (i.e.: folding garments).Work in temperatures ranging from 50 – 95 degrees (occasionally ranging from 0-60 degrees).The ability to walk long distancesThe ability to climb flights of stairs throughout the dayThe ability to either stand for long periods of timeThe ability to remain in a stationary position, often sanding for prolonged periods of timesMoving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work area to anotherAdjusting or moving objects over 20 lbs. in all directionsPosition Benefits and PerksOur pursuit of a better way isn't just about our products—it's about our people too.Daily pay available 40% Employee DiscountEligible to participate in the 401(k) PlanCompensation: $18.00/hourSATURDAY & SUNDAY PREMIUM: An additional $3.00/hr from September 15th through December 21st.PEAK HOLIDAY PREMIUM: An additional $1.00/hr from November 24th through December 21st.
