As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading automotive location, you will play a key role in creating a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will be expected to provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with team members and the public, and support a culture rooted in teamwork, integrity, and people-first values. Pay Rate: $16.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon01:00 PM - 09:00 PMFri01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the auto facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas within the location to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or other unwanted activities.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and emergency responders as needed.
• Support access control procedures by verifying credentials and directing visitors as appropriate for the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
