Essential Job Functions include performing on-site inspections of construction projects, reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and verifying installations match contract documents, maintaining inspection logs, daily reports, and enforcing safety compliance. The position also supports project commissioning and closeout, and provides technical support to COR on change orders and constructability issues./ppMinimum Required Qualifications include US Citizenship due to the nature of this position, a Required Security Clearance of TS/SCI w/ Poly, and an active Certified Construction Inspector (CCI). Additionally, a high school graduate or equivalent and completion of a building trade journeyman accreditation are required, along with thorough knowledge of construction inspection principles, facilities engineering technologies, quality assurance/quality control methodologies, and applicable building codes and standards. The candidate must also have 10+ years of field trade in either electrical, mechanical, civil, structural, or architectural facilities construction and/or supervision./ppThe proposed salary range for this position is: $110,000-125,000. Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt.
