Position Job Title:                     Senior Encompass Administrator
FLSA Status:                 Exempt
Job Location: Remote 

Position Summary
The ULC Technology Team is responsible for all configuration and customization of the company’s Loan Origination System (Encompass) as well as the management and oversight of all software systems and services that are utilized by the company. This position requires in-depth knowledge of the loan origination workflow as well as Encompass. The Senior Encompass Administrator reports directly to the Director of Mortgage Technology and works closely with the ULC Leadership Team to evaluate business processes, data integrity, and compliance issues as they relate to the loan origination systems.

Specific Job Duties :

• Create and maintain Encompass users, personas, and user groups.
• Candidates must have a strong knowledge and understanding of all aspects of Encompass settings as well as how the system works at the loan level.
• Create and maintain business rules/DDM rules and create custom screens using Form Builder. Candidates need to have a strong grasp of writing business rules using Advanced Code using Visual Basic.
• Follow proper change management processes to ensure testing and communication is completed prior to deployment to production. Assist with creating job aids or training materials as needed for system enhancements.
• Regularly review ICE MT published Release Notes prior to deployment and assist in creating ULC personalized version to disseminate to Leadership to ensure knowledge and awareness before release to production.
• Manage service desk and deliver top-notch support to end users.

Managerial Responsibility:
This position does not supervise other employees.

Position Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Encompass administrator
• Strong understanding and ability to write business rules and/or create custom screens using Advanced Code
• Strong ability to deliver high quality work product without direct oversight

Preferred Skills

• Certified Encompass Administrator
  
   

Base Salary: The compensation range for this position is between $100,000 and $115,000per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday with an opportunity for monthly or quarterly bonuses.

Physical Requirements
Requires the ability to bend, lift 1-15 pounds, reach, see, stand, sit, walk, hear, type and talk. The primary work location is an office setting with low to moderate noise level.
