Job Description

Northwest Partners is looking to hire an experienced ServiceNow Developer to work on a project with one of our premier clients in the technology industry.

This position requires a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Las Vegas, NV. Applicants must be able to work for any US employer without additional work visa sponsorship.

What YOU will do:

• Refactor and optimize legacy ServiceNow business rules, workflows, and custom applications
• Remediate corrupted or inconsistent data using scripting, transforms, and best practices
• Develop and maintain scoped applications and integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP/MID Server)
• Design and implement RPA-based automation for access provisioning in non-SCIM compliant systems
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT operations teams to ensure robust access control and auditability
• Enhance user experiences through Service Catalog and Portal customizations
• Document solutions, maintain SDLC best practices, and participate in Change Advisory Boards (CAB)

What YOU will bring us:

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including scripting with GlideScript and GlideAjax
• Strong expertise in business rules, Flow Designer, and legacy workflow engine
• Proficiency with Service Catalog, and modules such as Request, Incident, and Change Management
• Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server
• Solid understanding of access controls (ACLs), data policies, and secure application development
• Proven experience remediating data inconsistencies and managing large-scale data transformations
