In this role, you’ll manage property showings, assist with lead follow-up, and gain full visibility into the sales process. Responsibilities Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, and coordinate with listing agents and sellers in a timely fashion Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions Lead generation Real estate sales Buyer lead follow-up Set appointments Execute appointments Sales scripts mastery Qualifications Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Present yourself in a professional manner Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly A real estate license is required Sales experience Working Rights in the USA Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation $140,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr KW Laguna
