Description:
• Manage user access, roles, personas, and security settings within Encompass
• Customize input forms, field triggers, business rules, milestone templates, and workflows
• Configure Non-QM-specific workflows, including pre-qual, exception routing, manual underwriting, and non-standard income verification
• Oversee eFolder templates and Encompass settings for Non-QM compliance and audit support
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and optimizations
• Develop and maintain Encompass plugins
• Build and maintain REST and SOAP-based APIs for third-party system integrations
• Implement and support integrations with pricing engines (e.g., Polly), document providers, and Non-QM-specific services (e.g., bank statement parsing, manual asset verification)
• Customize and integrate TPO Connect to optimize third-party originator interactions
• Create pipeline views, audit reports, and milestone tracking aligned to Non-QM workflows
• Monitor compliance automation for TRID, HOEPA, and Fair Lending with Non-QM overlays
• Support audit trails for alternative income and asset documentation workflows
• Serve as Tier-2 support for end-users and troubleshoot complex Encompass issues
• Maintain up-to-date SOP documentation for all configurations and customizations
• Lead internal training on new features, workflows, and Non-QM enhancements
• Conduct UAT for all updates, new integrations, and configuration changes
• Coordinate system releases, regression testing, and post-deployment issue resolution
• Participate in peer code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices
• 3–5 years of experience administering Encompass in a mortgage lending environment
• Strong knowledge of Non-QM products (bank statement loans, DSCR, asset depletion, etc.)
• Proficiency in key Encompass Admin tools: Field triggers, Input Forms, Milestones, Personas, eFolder templates
• Familiarity with investor overlays and exception-based underwriting workflows
