Position Summary:
The Outpatient Pediatric Therapy Supervisor (BCBA/LCSW) is a key contributing member of the Mayer Center leadership team. They are responsible for overseeing the daily operations and supervising both Rehabilitation Therapists (Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist) and Applied Behavior Analysis (Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Registered Behavior Tech) staff.
The Outpatient Pediatric Therapy Supervisor organizes, implements, directs and monitors the activities of the Mayer Center Team across multiple locations. They will provide leadership and vision to ensure optimal delivery of comprehensive pediatric services across service lines.
The Outpatient Pediatric Therapy Supervisor will dedicate up to 50% of their responsibilities to providing direct patient care in a professional capacity as a BCBA or LCSW.
Minimum Qualifications:
5 years clinical experience working with children and families
Bachelor’s Degree
BCBA or LCSW credentials
Preferred Qualifications:
3 years previous supervisory experience
Master’s Degree in a healthcare related field
Excellent written and verbal communication
Demonstrates flexibility, reliability and poise in dealing with change, with delays and with changing work demands
Experience with electronic medical records systems
Knowledge of Google suite
Knowledge of neurodiversity and care for children/adolescents
