Overview

Eloquest Healthcare, Inc. (hospital subsidiary of Ferndale Pharma Group, Inc.) is recruiting for a Territory Manager in the Greater Cincinnati area. The starting base compensation range for our Territory Managers is $75-85k with uncapped commission (first year estimate ~ $100k; second year target ~ $115k). We offer training, option of company car or car allowance (including gas/insurance), home office setup (phone, laptop, printer) and a competitive benefits package. Territory includes Cincinnati, Louisville, Columbus and Indianapolis. This position requires routine overnight travel and flexibility for evening work if necessary (approximately 6-8 overnights per month).

Responsibilities

• The Territory Manager manages hospitals in the assigned territory in accordance with marketing plans, promotional strategies and company policies.
• Gains formulary acceptance and department utilization of products by working with hospital P&T committees, Value Analysis Committees, purchasing departments, physicians and nurses.
• Focus is to increase sales of Eloquest products and gain market share with the ultimate goal of greater profitability for the organization.

Qualifications

• This is a remote/outside sales position that requires overnight travel (approx. 6-8 overnights per month and evenings as necessary).
• Requires solid interpersonal, analytical and administrative skills.
• Requires a valid driver's license.
• Minimum of 2 years outside business-to-business sales experience.
• 4-year degree with emphasis in business or related sciences or 10 years selling experience (preferably in the hospital segment).
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required, due to the nature of this position as well as customer requirements.
