Location: Serving Cleveland, Gaston, and Rutherford Counties, NC
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Radius Rule: Traveler’s permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the home unit

• Caseload Expectations:
  • Average of 6–7 weighted visits per day (30 units/week)
  • Admissions are weighted at 2.40 units; typically 2 admissions/day
• Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of Home Health nursing experience
• First-Time Travelers: Accepted if they have prior Home Health RN experience

• Adults (18+), no pediatric patients
• Wound care, wound vacs, Pleurx drains, catheter care (foley and suprapubic), feeding tubes, IV therapy (peripheral, PICC, Ports), diabetes management, heart failure, medication and disease management

Terrell, Sherrills Ford, Mount Holly, Maiden, Cale, Troutman, McAdenville, Lincolnton, High Shoals, Denver, Dallas, Cramerton, Belmont, and surrounding cities

• Active RN License
• BLS Certification
• Valid Driver’s License and Proof of Auto Insurance

• Proficiency in OASIS documentation
• Knowledge of hospice philosophy and infection control practices
• Experience with wound vacs, PICC line dressing changes, port access, IV infusions, catheter insertion, and drain management
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Ability to drive at night

• Collaborative team including Leadership, LPNs, CNAs, Peers, and Case Management

• EMR: Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
• Samsung Note 9 phones
• EPIC Rover (view-only access)
• Focura for uploading discharge instructions and wound documentation

• New Employee Orientation (NEO)
• 2-day departmental orientation

• RTO: Requires manager approval
• Scrub Color: Navy
