Talent4Health is seeking a travel Pathologists' Assistant for a travel job in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Job Description & Requirements

• Shift: 8 hours, evenings

Evening Shift | 3p–11:30p (Mon–Fri)
Certifications: ASCP required; NAACLS program preferred

 

Shift Details

• 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm, Monday–Friday
• Flex start between 2:30 pm–4:00 pm
• Must be willing to occasionally start at 8:00 am when needed
• Hours remain consistent once finalized

Requirements

• ASCP-certified Pathologists’ Assistant
• NAACLS-accredited program preferred
• Prior experience in surgical grossing required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities\n\nExamine, describe, and dissect gross surgical specimens\n\nTriage tissues for special studies\n\nAssist pathologists with frozen sections as needed\n\nMaintain QA/QC procedures, logs, forms, and manuals\n\nPrepare statistical reports and ensure documentation accuracy\n\nCollaborate with pathologists, lab leadership, and clinical teams
