**Job Description: Registered Nurse (RN) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Other Medical Staff**

**Shift:** 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
**Location:** Asheville, NC

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking dedicated healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and other essential medical staff to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide compassionate and efficient care to patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Participate in an initial four-hour hospital orientation followed by an eight-hour shift on the floor.
- Adhere to dress code guidelines according to your role (e.g., RNs in navy, CNAs in galaxy blue).

**Role Requirements:**
- Current nursing license or CNA certification for respective positions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


**Clocking Instructions:**
For timekeeping, please dial 533 from an approved Kronos phone. Clock in and out according to specific instructions based on your shift activities.

Tobacco use is strictly prohibited on all campus properties, including personal vehicles parked on campus.
