Urology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Pay Rate: $291.00 - $315.00

This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p, night and weekend call
• Job Setting: Clinic or Operating Room
• Types of Cases: Cystoscopy in Office and bread & butter Urology procedures in Operating Room. Adults only - no Pediatrics
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner
• Must have an BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• Active Illinois State License or Interstate Medical Compact Licensure in hand
