This role involves providing strategic oversight of regulatory compliance, governance, and risk alignment across all business units. The VP will lead specialized functions such as BSA, Fair and Responsible Banking, compliance training, regulatory change management, and complaint management. They will also be accountable for ensuring that the organization operates within the law and fosters a culture of responsible growth, innovation, and ethical decision-making.
