Overview Volunteer: Stakeholder Research role at iHealth and Wellness Foundation, Inc. This is a volunteer opportunity provided by Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit creating social change through pro bono connections. We are looking for a volunteer who can conduct a stakeholder research initiative for our organization. Our organization needs a clear vision of who we are trying to engage in our programming, fundraising, and partnership efforts. This research will help ensure that our messaging hits the right marks. The project includes gathering and analyzing information about target demographics, ideal forms of outreach, and what worked well or not during past outreach drives. This research could include identifying what our expected stakeholders read, who they’re influenced by, where they live, and demographic details. The work may also contribute to developing user personas for donors, partners, volunteers, or foundations. By synthesizing this information, you will enable leadership to make data-driven decisions that advance our mission and impact for patients with complex diseases. Responsibilities Conduct stakeholder research to identify core audiences for programming, fundraising, and partnerships. Gather and analyze information about target demographics, outreach methods, and past outreach effectiveness. Investigate what stakeholders read, who influences them, where they live, and demographic details. Develop user personas representing ideal donors, corporate partners, hands-on volunteers, or foundation partners. Synthesize findings to support data-driven decision making and messaging strategies.
