Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Financial Consultant to manage and enhance our client's Workday Financial Systems. This role requires a strong technical background, deep knowledge of financial processes, and exceptional communication skills. You will collaborate across business units to ensure our Workday platform drives efficiency and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• System Development & Maintenance:
  • Design, develop, and implement Workday Financial solutions.
  • Maintain and optimize configurations, integrations, and reports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Project Management:
  • Lead Workday Financial projects, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Develop project plans and ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Partner with Finance, HR, and IT to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Provide updates, documentation, and training for end-users.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Build custom reports, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Manage integrations and stay current with Workday updates.
• Compliance & Security:
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Implement security protocols and conduct regular audits.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  • 7+ years managing complex Workday Financial Systems.
  • Proven success in delivering Workday projects and enhancements.
  • Expertise in Workday integration and reporting tools.
• Skills:
  • Strong financial process knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in Adaptive Planning, Office Connect, and Workday Report Writer.
• Certifications:
  • Workday Financial Management certification preferred.

Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
