Required Skills & Competencies
7–12 years of progressive HRIS experience; 5+ years of deep Workday HCM implementation and administration experience.
Expertise in Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, and Recruiting modules.
Proven hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Report Writer/Prism Analytics.
Advanced knowledge of Workday Security Groups, Calculated Fields, and Business Process Configuration.
Experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs, Workday Extend, and Integration Middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Logic Apps).
Strong understanding of data migration, XSLT, and XML schemas for Workday integration.
Knowledge of Workday Object Model, Tenant Management, and Launch Readiness best practices.
Hands-on experience with Workday Testing Framework, Change Control, and Post-Production Support.
We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Architect/Lead to drive end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of the Workday Human Capital Management platform across complex, multi-business environments. The ideal candidate possesses advanced technical expertise in Workday Core HCM, deep functional knowledge of HR processes, and proven ability to architect scalable integrations and extend the platform through custom frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Workday HCM solution design, configuration, and delivery across Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, and Payroll integrations.
Drive enterprise HCM architecture alignment across modules, ensuring global consistency, data integrity, and scalability.
Configure and maintain business process frameworks, condition rules, calculated fields, and EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder).
Design and oversee complex integrations using Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, PECI/PICOF, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Partner with HRIS, IT, and functional teams to build end-to-end automation across Workday, ServiceNow, ADP, SAP, and Azure AD ecosystems.
Develop and enforce data governance and security frameworks within Workday tenant environments.
Conduct impact assessments, regression testing, and tenant management across sandbox and production.
Mentor and coach technical teams on Workday configuration best practices, version upgrades, and deployment automation.
Lead Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics initiatives for workforce metrics and KPI dashboards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs for HCM modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
